Young male of very good type. Wedge head with strong profile & a firm chin. Eyes of bright blue, correctly shaped & set, well placed large open ears. Long body & legs, whip tail of length to balance. Fine coat of typical texture, just a little long in places, free of shading & warm ivory in tone, points dark on his mask & ears for a youngster of less than 10 months, & just acceptable today, paler on his legs & feet. Sweet personality – I hope he doesn’t darken any more.
SHROPSHIRE CAT CLUB SHOW NEWS SATURDAY 4th FEBRUARY 2012. CONGRATULATIONS DJANGO AND RUM DAIQARI ON GAINING YOUR CCs AT YOUR SECOND ADULT SHOW. THANK YOU TO DIANNE HARPER THEIR BREED CLASS JUDGE.. Mr John Hansson's Judges Critiques from the Shropshire Show KNOWLSON’S DRESTOTHRIL RUM DAIQUARI. 24.19-04-11. Seal Point Siamese, quite a beautiful young miss only just over 9 months but in spite of her youth looking very poised & elegant. Her type is excellent, longer length wedge, with most minimal pinch, beautiful strong profile, her chin is good the bite minimally over. Beautifully set ears, wide base complimenting her wedge, excellent larger size. Gorgeous eyes, typically oriental shape & slant, such an arrogant expression for one so young. Fine boned as yet, elegant neckline, lithe well-toned body, long slender limbs & neat paws, her tail long & fine. Her coat was very sleek & close lying, excellent shorter length, most beautifully prepared & presented. Clear coated light beige body, her points developing well & have a reasonable degree of warmth. Her condition was superb her temperament perfectly charming, a delight & treat to handle, most promising young lady, so very striking. KNOWLSON’S DRESTOTHRIL DJANGO. 24b.19-04-11. Chocolate Point Siamese, lovely lad who is the litter brother of the girl above, just to attain a degree of maturity, that maturity will hopefully bring. Beautiful wedge, the head has depth, excellent profile, his chin good, the bite a little scissored over. Beautifully set, large ears, wide base to the ears complementing his wedge. He has lovely eye shape & setting, the colour an intense vivid blue, with such a gentle trusting expression. Elegant neckline, body long & well-muscled for his young age albeit still very much the young adolescent (which he is), slender on the limbs, the paws oval, well balanced long fine whiptail. His coat was beautiful, short & fitting tight & very sleek, beautifully prepared. Light ivory tone to his body with excellent contrast to the points, which were a reasonable degree of warmth, has slight paling at the specataclearea round the eyes, they are otherwise almost complete. His condition was superb, with gentle relaxed confident temperament, like his sister above has a great deal of promise. Mrs D Harper's Judges Critiques from the Shropshire Show CC Mrs C C L Knowlson’s DRESTOTHRIL RUM DAIQUARI (24) F 19.04.2011 A very pretty young lady of very good type, who ran the BOB winner very close. She has a large, long, wedge head, wide top and large well set ears, almost straight profile, firm chin and level bite, deep blue eyes of oriental shape and set, long firm body, long legs and oval feet, long tapering tail. Dark, glossy, seal points and slightly cold cream body, excellent contrast, short fine coat, a very sweet girl, well presented in excellent condition. Mrs C L Knowlson’s, DRESTOTHRIL DJANGO, (24b), M. 19.04.2011 A very stylish young man of very good overall type, he has a large, strong, wedge head, lovely wide top and large well set ears, almost straight profile, firm chin and level bite, very expressive deep blue eyes that are of oriental shape and set, long, strong body, long legs and oval feet, long tapering tail. Mid to dark, warm chocolate points and pale ivory body so very clear contrast, short fine coat. A real character, well presented in excellent condition.
WELL DONE DJANGO AND DAIQURI AT THE NOTTS AND DERBYS CAT CLUB SHOW. 1st AND CC FOR BROTHER AND SISTER AT THEIR FIRST ADULT SHOW RED CARD DAY FOR DJANGO! BOB FOR DAIQUARI.. Very good expression to oriental eyes of mid brilliant blue. Strong profile, not quite straight as she has a small rise between the eyes, chin good and bite level. Lovely weight and muscle tone to her long elegant body, long slender limbs and neat spoon paws, seems to have outgrown her tail since we last met and it now needs a touch more length for balance. Very dark dense seal points with a modicum of warmth of tone, pale beige coat with minimal shading to one, medium in length, of good overall texture and fairly close lying. Excellent to handle and beautifully presented.

Grand Champion Drestothril Dancelot
& Best Of Variety Siamese Kitten 2006
Dancelot was a love child born to Drestothril Daddys Girl in a litter of 5..Dambuster my red point opened her door one night whilst I was asleep and mated her. Totally unplanned .The result was this lovely litter of tortie points and seal points. I have kept Dancelot and her sister Silk Drawers. There is a picture of the litter on my kitten page. I only started to breed the red and Tortie after buying a seal tortie girl ..Silkysu Seductress..who was born to a visiting queen (Hotpot Conchita bred by Mark Dooley) brought in by my good friends Angela and Richard Bull to one of my studs. Dapper Harry my Seal point mated Seductress .We had a very nice litter of Red boys and tortie girls. Out of this litter I kept Dambuster who is now a Champion ...Dambuster has such a loving gentle nature so he still lives in the house rather than in a stud chalet ...Hopefully his spraying will not get too much out of hand!!! If it should do so he will be relegated to a chalet in the garden along with my other boys who are entire. Dancelot is enchanting .She had been exhibited at two shows previously to the Supreme. The Siamese Cat Club show held in Milton Keynes and the Teesside Cat Club in Spennymore. Nothing could prepare her for the hustle bustle of the Supreme known as the Crufts of the Cat World held in the largest Exhibition Center in the World The N.E.C.at Birmingham. During the mornings judging I could see she was anxious with all the noise and attention, however her judge Brenda Pearce soothed her fears and against strong opposition she was awarded First and Best of Breed. This award gave her the opportunity to be assessed for the award Best of Variety Siamese Kitten. Judging took place in the early afternoon and once again, against strong competition, Dancelot became Best of Variety Siamese kitten..... As Best of Variety Siamese Kitten the next hurdle was the GCCF Supreme Panel of judges on center stage..Here Dancelot was judged by a panel of 3 judges against all other Best of Variety Breeds of Kittens for the title Supreme Kitten 2006.... I shall never forget my elation when her name Drestothril Dancelot and her exhibit number 1249 was announced over the tannoy..Her win was totally unexpected. I was doing last minute shopping at the surrounding cat stands not even watching the stage when the result was announced. Since The Supreme Cat Show was launched by the GCCF (The Governing Council of the Cat Fancy) in 1975, Dancelot is the second Siamese to be awarded the Supreme Kitten Title...The First Siamese was Drestothril Demelza a Tabby point Siamese I bred and showed in 2001 at the NEC in Birmingham
